Signing and the timezone.

Another technical question.

There is a great shortcut for signing posts on the discussion page. ~~~~ will automatically substitute your name and the time.

Problem is the time is coming up 5 hours adrift (CDT). I checked my preferences which seem OK. Is this a system setting?

Handy, I didn't know that.

The time offset is now fixed and will use BST instead.
