Was attempting to up load some scans of A Mitchells 1949 book Under Ingleborough, which shows Fell Beck in flood, with an interesting account of preceding events.

Struggling to upload??!!  Any advice?  Have followed instructions and images are reasonable size.

Alternatively someone who knows what they are doing should post pgs 77 - 80 for those who haven't seen them - of which I am sure there must be quite a few.

H'm - we had a wet evening at Clapham yesterday (Wednesday 28th). Anyone know if it did much further east in Wharfedale? Are the rivers up?

Further to the above posting - have just been in Ingleton and the river coming from Chapel-le-Dale is only up a very tiny amount and still running clear.
