Studies of Mendip karst hydrology.

Many published studies of Mendip Karst Hydrology provide  measured values of discharge for the  karst springs at Wookey, Cheddar, Rickford and Langford.

Can anyone tell me the precise location where the measurements were made? 

I've always presumed that the  values for Wookey Hole Cave were obtained from the gauging station at Henley, 2km downstream from the cave's resurgence. Or were the measurements made at the resurgence?

Alex, the discharges at Rickford & Langford are measured at the BWW gauge stations just downstream of the risings, I believe. I don't know about Cheddar.

Are the details not in the MKHP reports published by the Wexses? I'm afraid I don't have my copies to hand.

Can't lay my hands on my copy of MKHP at the moment either, but I'm pretty sure that Glencot Spring was measured seperately so assume that the Wookey stuff must have been measured upstream of there, i.e. nearer the cave entrance.
