Swildons Black hole

I'm planning a trip to black hole series and one of the club has told me that the bolts over BH are dodgy, but there are some spits with a few threads left. My last trip there was about 6 years ago and as I recall, there were only spits.

What's the situation now?

Similar I would guess. 
Its on the list for resin anchors I believe, as soon as we can get some anchors that is...  :-\

The big ring bolt was fine last September - it's been there for years though. I always use the spits as well. There are a couple on the left hand wall as you approach the Black Hole.

I was happy using the bolts and naturals that were there the Christmas before last if that helps (but it probably doesn't much!)

Ive been twice in the last 6 weeks and can say that the bolts are solid. One moves slightly ( the left hand one) but the the old ring bolt isnt going anywhere.

According to the tracking info, they were delivered at 12.33 on January 24th.

Thanks everyone - I still haven't planned a date for the trip but when Ido I will give an update on the bolts. Sounds as if they are OK. Maybe I'll back up to a natural just in case.
