I have created a Scribble page:

This is a page that allows anyone to test out wikitext, etc.

Do not expect anything on this page to be permanent, it's purely for messing about with.

I have created this page so that people no longer need to do the same thing in their user profile pages.

Or scratchpad I suppose - but yes, you are correct; I just thought that scribble might appeal a bit more to authors who are non-technical.

Anyway, feel free to rename it...this is after all a wiki

I like scribble. Sandbox sounds too American for some reason!
