Neil Oliver's 2018 book includes chapters on the Red Lady of Paviland, Cresswell Crags, Grimes Graves, Geevor tin mine, Llandudno copper & Bath's Roman baths amongst other sites, people, myths & objects to tell the islands' history, mixed with his own mysticism.

It's not particularly blatant, from the intro - "Some of them cared enough or understood enough about the workings of the universe that they were moved to make works of art in the hidden dark of caves and other nooks that seemed sacred to them."

Climate change gets an airing too: "We are the youngest children of this place. It is time for us to grow up and show that we appreciate and deserve our inheritance, and that we know we are a lucky, blessed people."
