the Title ?Baron of Cavers?

hi

came upon this in passing in the details of the agent's pack for a Scotch castle

"We understand that the Title ?Baron of Cavers? may be available by separate negotiation."

this is in reference to the aria of Scotland but you would not have to tell people that.

maybe the BCA should try and get hold of the title so instead of being elected as chairman or chairwoman we could elect a Baron of Cavers

When you consider that ?300 K wouldn't even buy you a studio flat in central London, it doesn't sound bad for a whole castle (and 'Cavers' Castle at that!) - even if it does need a bit of work.

And the title is definitely a must-have - wonder if it comes with a helmet surmounted by a crown over an ermine balaclava ?

with the modem joy of TIG welding i think you could put a light just about any where on a helmet like that one its only these new plastic ones that its hard to find a place to fit lights on.

on and i think the ?300k is just to get you hooked i think you would spend another ?500k to get it "working" again and more if you had non caver ish standards oh and  then loads each year to heat the place. not for me
