Surely your 'one form of exercise' could comprise a ten-mile hike away from anyone? Unless you only count underground as play? At least you're not having to furtle through back alleys to get to the woods like I am 
And in other news I received delivery of a head-shaver today, now my local barber's has closed (the one out of 16 I could actually go to, as I don't wish to look like Craig David), and I now have to learn how to do it myself. End of days. I'm secretly relieved though, as my local barber's was a soap opera in itself, and worthy of a thread of its own, so we'll see how bored I get over the next few weeks...

But the vis is starting to become really good here in the Dales; us sump floppers have been waiting longingly for this whilst we endured months of misery (especially February). And now we're grounded. That's cruel; but worth it, if it's the way to save lives.

YouTube has all sorts of things to stem the boredom, such as Sid Perous own channel, and a host of other caving related content. If it's audiobooks you're after try Libri Vox they have thousands of books, on just about anything you care to name, read by an army of volunteers, all totally free.

Speaking of You Tube, I remember when I were a lad, there was a black and white film on the TV about "Ogof Did Biraff" (spelling uncertain). Does anyone know if this has appeared on You Tube yet? I'd like to watch it again if possible. (A search with that spelling gives no results but if someone could tell me the proper spelling I can search again. Being brought up in the Pennines I find Welsh spellings a bit of a challenge.)
