Titan - JH Exchange Route

Planning to do a JH-Titan exchange trip. We've got guys that have done Titan and guys that have done JH, but no-one's done the link between the two.  :-\ Does anyone have any wise words of wisdom for routefinding??

This is the way from Titan to JH...

At bottom of Titan slide through boulders and down narrow bit until it widens, drops down a climb and soon joins Far Peak Streamway.
Upstream for a few minutes (AJ Passage) and then climb up in to obvious tube on right.
Hands and knees crawl to junction.
Go left. Up in-situ ladders.
Across Stemple Highway.
Up more ladders.
Follow passage until low tube goes off on left.
Follow this for 5 minutes until you emerge in the bottom of Leviathan.

Route finding between the two is pretty easy and Seamoose has done a good description, I would just and that going up stemple highway as you come up the last ladder turn right, not left across dodgy line over big hole!

have also done this trip and cannot remember too many problems route finding, but being larger framed than some interesting going through boulders at bottom of titan and the little drop into low passage, had to have two goes first time went in the wrong way and chest would not go through but turned round and slipped through no problem. first class trip got to be in my top 10 trips in GB 8)
