Trog Hat

Does anyone have a contact telephone number for the people who sell the Trog Hat?

I ordered one Sunday before last hoping it would be with me before this coming weekend, it's not arrived and I just wanted to call them to check on delivery but the website appears to be down.

I tried clicking on the link for a "detailed invoice" in the confirmation email they sent but the work servers are blocking it saying it contains pronography  :-[

I'm getting a bit concerned

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 section 7 requires seller's the legal identity and address to be supplied prior to confirmation of a contract that requires pre-payment

Tone is normally very good at replying to emails - I had some dealings regarding a troglite one time,
from his email footer:-

"tone nolan, plusoneproducts.

But they have had various server errors I know, so he also uses plusoneproducts@ntlworld.com

I have now contacted them using the emails you supplied (the website seems to be working again for me too).

They have had some problems with the manufacture but expect to have helmets on Wednesday and will rush one out to me in time for the weekend

no. I'm taking young T and a couple of her friends up to the Peak at the weekend so needed an extra hat.

The Magnumstar will get an outing as well

I should point out that Tone was very helpful in getting it to me once he was aware of the problem.
