These provide a great opportunity to refresh SRT skills and even learn some new ones.

I did this workshop twelve months ago - it was excellent!
And the trainer kindly allowed me to use him as a ladder

I can also recommend this; it's exactly what it says on the tin, a day's SRT caving with a expert instructor to rig the cave in a way that doesn't introduce difficulty, and then watch you do your SRT and offer helpful hints. All for £30.

PS - having just recommended it, I see the last place has now been taken. There will be more (next one is 13 Jan 2024) and there are sometimes cancellations.
