UWFRA Yorkshire ITV Thursday evening

Came into the tail end of 'the way we Were' on Yorkshire ITV to 1950's B&W film of 'cave rescue', with reminiscence from venerable bearded ex-caver. Credits referred to Upper Wharfedale Fell rescue Association.

Did anyone else see it? Anyone recognise the ex-caver? Or the cave?

I think it's repeated some time on Saturday evening.

Yep, you're right. I asked UWFRA and they said the film was Cave Rescue shot in Dow, and the narrator for ITV was Don Robinson, a long time member of the team. I was going to add that here, but you beat me to it!
