Verevkin Worlds deepest cave a/c to Descent mag

In the Oct Descent  is news of Verevkin in Georgia is deeper than Krubera  cave
Verevkin 2204m
Krubera 2197m (ie 7m less deep)
look in Descent for more  news hopefully there will be a full report soon sounds a nicer cave

S'pose best get digging on Mendip.  I suspect there may be a bit of future disappointment though... Ace result for the Verevkin explorers though, well done!
