@mikem thanks for this, brilliant link, didn't even know there was a caving podcast! Yeah the book seems to be pretty hard to get hold of, might merit a reprint or a conversion into a Kindle version!

Been thinking how much I would sell mine for. I am very attached to it. I would consider selling it for no less than £5000. Congrats to Mike Cooper for writing such an extraordinary book.
