Had a trip down on Saturday morning and the place was a disgrace. We cleaned up as best we could picking up litter and removing wax from boulders. We removed 162 candles,6 cider cans,4 plastic bottles,2 beer bottles, sandwich and chocolate rappers and the remains of a small fire.If anyone is down there in the near future chuck in a bin bag. The graffiti seems to be getting worse to.

There is a lot of graffiti in a cave near me. Its not very big though/ Is there a protocol for removing it?

Last time down whapping it was bad sounds like it's getting worse there was a crack pipe in there at one point good clean up markpot

Not sure if there is a protocol John.Guess it depends what the graffiti is on and what paint/other substance is used.Wire brushes work well and have been used local to us.Seems the most ecologically sound method ,actual grafitti remover solution is nasty stuff.where are you based?one of the local clubs may be able to help you.
