Warmbac Sizing

Hi, this is my first post here but you may know the name from Aditnow or Mine Explorer.

Has the sizing of Warmbac oversuits changed radically in the last three years ?
My current well loved but expiring XL+ fits me just right, the new XL+ I just got in the post today is a world away in sizing and could probably fit a friend in too.

As a comparison if I lay them both flat on the floor the overall length of the suits is 62" vs 68"
Cuff to cuff is 67" vs 74"

Before I start faffing about and trying other sizes, which I don't really want to do by mail order, is there a chance one of them is wrongly labelled, or has the sizing changed that much ?

Yea, but if his old one has shrunk that much, it would have been much too big for him when he got it new!

Unless he has been wearing it while letting it dry in the sun and has shrunk with it...?

Not according to the label sewn into it.

Think i'm just going to have to return it and wait until I can go somewhere I can actually try stuff on.
