The Welsh Ministers decision to proceed with the improvements to the A465 Neath to Abergavenny Trunk Road ? Section 2 between Gilwern and Brynmawr was published on, 2nd October 2014. Copies of the decision letter in English and Welsh and the Inspectors report from the Public Inquiry that was held in March/April this year can be found here:
