A very good suggestion StevieT but Langcliffe has it. It’s the 45 m airbell in Keld Head. (I thought he would have been there in his cave diving days.) I was expecting Benfool to pounce on this one but he mustn’t have seen it.

All yours Langcliffe. Another of those nice old surveys perhaps?

Wow - it must be getting on for 50 years since I was last in there!

Right - as you requested, try this. This is a survey of a Dales cave from 1971. I understand it has been extended since that date.

If I'm not mistaken an old LUSS dig that they gave up on before NCC took over and broke through into the magnificent extensions. A classic trip. King Pot.

Found one, taken circa 1983 when it was all wetsuits and ladders. It is in the Dales...

It is a tricky one as countless pitches look like this. As a clue it is north of Malham Tarn but south/east of Fountains Fell.
