When Does a Haircut go to Eleven?

There is video on Billhook Junkies facebook page of someone giving a haircut to another with nothing more than a comb and a Billhook. The Billhook does not even look particularly sharp but the result is good.

Not for you mrodoc but hilarious for us

I was halfway down a 100 metre shaft at the time. Watched the detached hairs flutter into the darkness. One of my daughters managed to catch her hair on an outdoor abseil - I had to  crawl out on a ledge and use my Swiss Army knife!

It doesn?t have to metal but music is good for the soul.
My hair looks like Robert Smiths out of The Cure so I have become a Goth.

Hmm, Goth wins in lockdown.  Like it was a difficult choice (for those that know me...)  Hide away from daylight and look pale, works for me!  ;)  Any way as promised from the original post here's a video, and with the requisite hand washing that is de rigeur these days at about a minute in.  It's actually also from the Cradle of Filth. Thoughts and contributions welcome.

Do they make a living doing that? Is it a spoof on Horrible Histories?

Apparently I now look a bit like Lisa Loeb's and Ozzy Osbourne's love child. Thanks mates.
Although it is true I can't see my ears any more, but that's not the point...

Well I've had 3 trims since the start of lockdown,  hoping I don't get to 11 before we are allowed out again

What's a haircut? Haven't bothered doing anything with mine for years now, I just tie it back and it seems to have found its own preferred length. I find a buff pulled up over the head under the lid keeps it out of the way and out of the SRT kit when underground.

Despite the negativity expressed toward the Remington cordless clippers earlier in the thread, I'm happy to report that they are great, work perfectly and I've just used them for probably the 15th time with no issues. Given I used to pay a fiver a time at the barber's for the same service far less frequently, I've already paid them off twice. Bargain. But then I am trying to just get rid of it, rather than style it.

Mowed the grass this morning - and then plucked up courage to mow my head with the Wahl clippers. This is new territory for me and it's actually dead easy; No.2 all over. Now I no longer look like an upside down mop!
