Where's CGE Gone? ... and the four through trips challenge

It's good to hear the enthusiasm for reopening Dale Barn. What about Coppy Gill Exit? When that is re-opened there will be a very good and challenging day out to be had in Birkwith:

1) Old Ing to Dismal Hill original entrance (the new entrance is cheating)
2) Birkwith Cave to Coppy Gill Exit
3) Calf Holes to Browgill
4) Coppice Cave to Ling Gill 7

I've had a couple of tentative probes at CGE from both ends, but so far without success. From the inside it promises some good clean technical sustained wriggling caving. From the outside it's a bit confusing, I started to dig out a little rift behind the resurgence, but it looked too tight so I gave in. Does anyone know exactly where it is?

I'll buy a pint for the first person to complete the four through trips in a day.
If I do it first, maybe you can all buy me a pint.

Sounds good... I didn't realise CGE was lost, although I had a vague idea it was because in the visits I've had up there I've had a few 'quick nosies' for it with the plan of doing a through trip, but alas I've never found it!

Would be good if it was found and re-opened

I located something I thought was it a couple of years back but it looked unenticingly small. Can't remember quite where, now.

Could always get together and have a concerted effort at finding it?
