Which Caving Helmet?

Do you have any advise for which caving helmet? What are the current best buys? It will primarily be used for caving (so I don't want a canoe helmet) but it will also probably be used for cave diving. It would therefore be helpful if it had holes in it, convenient for threading bungee or snoopy loops through for lights. As it will be worn with and without a wetsuit hood it also needs to be easy to adjust between two head sizes.
