Why don't my photos appear?

Has the method for posting photos changed with the new forum design? I have attached some pictures to my most recent post (excluding this one), but they don't show on the post.
My pictures are hosted on Flickr, and I pasted the link in between the img marks as i ahve always done. Is there a problem, is it different now, or is it me?

While logged on to your Flickr account, and looking at the picture you wish to post on this forum, select the fifth choice along the top, titled "All Sizes" (next to the +magnifying glass symbol),....

You will then get another row of options along the top, being "Square, Thumbnail, Small, Medium, Large".

Select the size you want by clicking on it,....

Then copy and paste (in between the square bracket/img) it into your post.

You can't just put the page url into the  tags, you need to actually link the image from the page.

For example, this won't work

[IMG]http://www.flickr.com/photos/buckshaft/4470314121/sizes/m/[/IMG]

But this will:

[IMG]http://farm5.static.flickr.com]/4034/4470314121_f7aaec4504.jpg[/IMG]
