Command line for survex?

Straightforward I assume - but what is the command line for survex? I'm running a Windows PC and I want to try using a spec file for extended elevations. The manual tells me to do this extend [--specfile configuration .espec file] { input .3d file} [output .3d file] from the command line... ?

I don't see that I have a command line for Survex?

I'm sure this is easy but would appreciate the help.

cheers

sussed it out - start menu, cmd - opens the prompt. I knew that but then you need to navigate to the location of the installed Survex software i.e. type cd C:\program files (x86)\Survex

From here you can run the extend command. On to the next hurdle now..!
