apologies if this has been covered else where but i'm struggling with some issues with the newest release of survex. I have a newish computer and have downloaded this today but it won't open my older 3d files stating "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).
Also the option to process an SVX file doesn't seem to be appearing when i right click like I used to? Though the icons for the file di change to survex icons when it installed. Any ideas??
I'm not exactly techy so this is pushing my limits somewhat.
