Hiya guys, I sent your booking secretary a booking for a couple of us from the BRCC a week ago for this coming weekend but I have not heard anything back yet. I just want to double check we are okay to come up. Its a long way to go to find we can't stay there.

OK SWCC.  They are having a working week.  Probably too busy to reply.  I was there last Sunday, they were running around like headless chickens.  Plenty of room, they have put up a large marque.
