Lovely Acoustic Punk Songs

A lot of punk stuff from the 70's onwards was actually well written and quite tuneful. The likes of The Damned and The Stranglers come to mind.
I'll start with a nice rendition from Hugh Cornwell.

This one's pretty raw/rough but one of my favourite punk tracks.

I thought punk was supposed to be raw and rough.

This is one of my favourites.

I have been trying to get a Bad Shepherds album. They do similar stuff. It threw me hearing Once in a Lifetime played by them as I couldn't think what the sone was but it sounded so familiar.

The Bad Shepherds were great - doing punk songs in a folk style, for example here's them doing 'Anarchy in the UK' and 'I Fought the Law' :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-RTajLx6W8

I'll also confess to having in the past played the Anti-Nowhere League's infamous classic "So What" on a cittern....
