Well-known member
We are changing the date of the next DCA Council meeting from Sat 30th June 2019 to Saturday 1st June 2019, still at Monyash Village Hall.
This is due to the British Caving Association Annual General Meeting taking place on Sunday 9th June 2019. There is some business coming up at the BCA AGM that will require voting on. DCA has a voting representative at the BCA AGM and they will cast their vote based on how DCA instruct them.
The agenda for the BCA AGM will be with us prior to our meeting, the items within the BCA agenda will be discussed at our Council meeting and voted on.
Hope to see many of you there.
Thanks,
Wayne
DCA Chairman
