Caving in the Tatra mountains?
« on: August 08, 2019, 11:19:41 am »
Hello guys!!

My partner and I are going to Poland for a week next month and we are staying right next to the tatra mountains.

We would like to do some caving on one of the days, but preferably something horizontal so we do not have to take too much kit in our luggage. We're both fairly experienced but have never caved outside of the UK or Ireland.

Do you have any suggestions? We would like something fairly sporting with some pretty's.

And also any other advice you can offer us about caving in Poland, guides etc.

Thank you ;D

Yes, lots of suggestions   :)

You will need a permit to cave in the Tatra.  Best to contact a local caving club.  Try here for a start:
