If you don't know what a Wiki is, please see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiki

The ukCaving.com Wiki is here: http://ukcaving.com/wiki

The wiki user guide is here: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_User's_Guide

The forum and wiki now have integrated user authentication. This means that you can log into the wiki with your existing forum username and password.

Although the wiki has been in place for a while now, there are only a few hardcore contributors that have input at least 90% of the content.

It would be really good for more people to get involved. There will be many of us on here that have really useful information to contribute, for example of their local area or their particular speciality.

Don't be put off by the wiki syntax and formatting. I know it isn't exactly straightforward but if you just get the information into the wiki, somebody else can tidy it up for you later.

When you edit a page, please put a quick reason for your edit into the "summary" form field.
