Does anyone know what the situation with access is to Ubley Warren Pot? Mendip Underground is out of date as it says access is fine, but we found the cave to be padlocked. Where can I get a key from or is it a CSCC key? There was a lot of moss growing over one of the entrance covers suggesting...

Hi, Does anyone know anything about any caves in Greenland that are relatively accessible (i.e. not several days hike over the glacier)? Any type of cave is fine - small/large/rock/glacier etc.

Does anyone know if replacing a cable to the Petzl Duo battery box is straightforward with a built in seal so will be as waterproof as before or do I need to make my own seal? (I don't have a Duo to have a look at). Are there any other waterproof AA battery boxes out there? Thanks.

I had assumed that you continued using ladders until they looked like they might break ... then you stopped using them. Simple. But apparently the galvanising on galvanised steel wire ladders can come off and then the wires rust inside (i.e. not visible) over time and are then prone to breaking...
