How easy is it to make? Is it effectively like making cottage cheese or is it more difficult?Tofu isn't that processed, much than less than lots of meat products and other foods commonly eaten (biscuits, chocolates, etc etc). You can make it yourself very easily with only 2 ingredients: soy milk & lemon juice. It's high in protein, low in fat, and really very tasty once you know how to cook with it properly (on its own it is very bland but it absorbs flavours well in cooking)
