at SpanSet, Middlewich,Cheshire

The department is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to their customers and clients.  Duties include order processing, quotations, costing calculations, answering of the telephone that covers both sales to the UK and Export markets, along with Export shipping and documentation.

Candidates should have a strong customer service background preferably within a manufacturing organisation.  Must be able to work confidently and accurately in a busy environment. 

Experience and knowledge in shipping and exporting with a strong understanding of customs requirements including supplier declarations would be advantageous.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent). A good telephone manner, computer and organisational skills, reliable and keen to learn with a smart appearance and friendly manner.

Hours of work, Monday – Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.45am – 4.00pm.
