I have been using Woodseats Chiropractic clinic for a few years now on and off. Mainly for old back and neck whiplash injuries. (snowboarding) and they're pretty good.

They also have an inhouse sports massuse (sp?). Ive used him for my knees - which I knackered on some long distance walks last year and back.
He's awesome and gets really stuck into your muscles. (non of this namby pamby whale music and candles massage - this shit hurts so it must be doing you some good eh ??)

A couple of friends have used it on my recommendation for back injuries and seem to have been cured.
