There is a fire pit in the eye hole shake hole at Sell Gill wet route.
I have removed the part burnt pallet but didn't have a bag to clear the BBQ fuel and bottle tops etc.

If anyone is heading that way this weekend perhaps they could take a strong carrier bag up and bring down the rest?

The rock is blackened, and if course the grass dead.  I'll take a spade up some time over the summer and cover it with a sod off the hill.

That's a bit grim of who ever was up there.  The situation further up the dale won't be helped by people leaving stuff, though perhaps the caver clean up would be good?

The clean up job is being completed as we speak!
