I applied for a PSM permit using the ARSIP link given in a previous thread.

This was over a month ago and I still haven't heard anything back. A few days ago I sent another email asking for an update and didn't hear back from that either.

Does anyone know if this time frame is usual? or if the permits are all released on a certain day etc.?
