The ladder in situ on this pitch has snapped on one side halfway down. It should really have been coiled at the pitch head to make this obvious but I did not think of that until later. Apologies to whoever owned this kit but it did just snap even though I am not particularly fat. Dickon

Is anybody currently digging in the terminal choke of Ap Robert? There was a lot of digging gear lying around but it all looked very old. Seems like a pretty interesting lead and well placed in a blank area so may consider taking it up.

Does anybody know who is currently involved in the dig in Hoyle's mouth cave in Tenby. Me and my brother went there today and among all the druggies rubbish there was evidence of recent digging. We intend to dig it but would not like to tread on anyone's toes. We would be looking to start work...

Does anyone know the MOD's stance on digging, has anybody ever attempted to obtain permission to dig on MOD land and if so what was the result. The area that I am considering is the Castlemartin range in South Pembrokeshire.
