I don't know if it's the same location, but there's a fantastic series of videos filmed by GoPro that showed some exploration of an underwater cave system in the Yucatan:

Ari - I believe it is the same team in those vids who have connected Dos Ojos to Sac Actun and thus overtaking OBH as the longest.
