Whilst parking on the lane on Sunday 6th August we were approached by the private security for the quarry stating that there is no permission to access the cave and to park on the road. The lay-bys are now filled with mud and its very difficult to park. Just an FYI Cheer Stu Gardiner

I have a body only Bosch 24 GBH SDS 'digging' drill (new shape) that is surplus to requirements and causes a trip hazard in the kitchen. It has a charger but the 2x 24v 2.6ah batteries do not work. However the drill works fine as I have tested it with my new batteries. Sensible offers welcome...

This is a post on behalf of my technophobe mate who has managed to loose his STEN light (just the lamp) we think between the entrance to Whitepit and Jrats house via the west Mendip way footpath which runs past the Whitepit depression. I know it's a long shot but if anyone does happen spot it...
