A little while back, we took a jaunt into Eldon Hole in the Peak District!

I am very much an amateur caver, but when I get a chance to clamber up and down ropes and through mud, it's the best! Snippets from our training are at the start, so for the cave proper go to 2.23 in the video We also found an old dig and lots of bones down there.
