Has anyone explained this thread to Ditzy yet?

Sorry Ditzy.  It's a thread where people make up abbreviations for phrases and then pretend that they (and others) will understand what they mean, often with little or no success.  LOL

You're wrong, Shotlighter.  SLB stands for "silly little bangers".  A man with your online name should know that!

OK then, let's see if anyone gets "INCISMA".  (Clue: think Peak District.)
No that's only what it should have stood for - it should have been called EBU, expensive & bloody useless!

What does FUBAR mean?
Fouled Up Beyond All Recognition ... or something like that.

Behind the bar in the Clachaig Inn in Glencoe was a sign reading

YCWCYOPFTMRT

I had to ask the barman what it meant ... which was exactly why it was there.

[clue - on this board, it should be YCWCYOPFTCRT]

Can anyone tell me what WHITELACKINGTON stands for?

May not be any good but here goes:

While His Interesting Threads Entertain Little, All Continuing Keyboard Input Now Guarantees Threads Of Nonsense
;)

Well at least I tried.......
