I quite like(d) the suggestion that a variant might be getting an image based on the description rather than the name of the cave/passage/chamber etc.. Or perhaps I misunderstood it.

I think that may be because you are seeing it as a moderator. When I view the image I just see the intended part. Still - power has its privileges, and quite rightly.
