Many forum members will be familiar with Howard Beck's excellent book about the history of exploration of the GG system, published in 1984 and long out of print. This was just after the historic connection of these two cave systems. Over the 40 years since the book appeared much more exploratory work has taken place of course, with many discoveries having been made. The good great news is that Howard has started work on a fully updated second edition!
Although it's early days at the moment, he's now seeking high quality / definition images from within the GG system, of it's many entrances and from Ingleborough Cave. Howard isn't registered on this forum currently, so I offered to post this on his behalf.
