Carrock access

Hi all,

I've been to Carrock around 10 years ago, I seem to recall that access then was locked but could be opened with the right implement that my mate called a "Derbyshire key" iirc. I was wondering what the situation is currently? If it's not appropriate to post in public, I'd be grateful to get PMs.
