Placed an order for a pair of new knee pads earlier having cottoned on to the website through this thread!  :)

Absolutely class Rich! Love it!

Well, I can see that those "nasty malicious" people who were driving people away from Cap'n Sparrow website have obviously suceeded.  Was that two confirmed orders as a result of this prank?  (y)

One further thing.....  No one appears to have considered the possibility that good old Cap'n Sparrow did this himself to drum up some extra publicity.  Having looked back at his posts on this thread it could be a case of "me thinks he doth protest too much".  If you did, good on you mate, it certainly seems to have worked.  (y)

Disgraceful!

I went to log on to my Jack Sparrow Fanclub website this morning as usual & I got diverted to a bloody caving equipment shop!

You should be ashamed!

I sailed with that Cap'n Sparrow - it were on the ferry from Portsmouth to Santander. A fierce rough voyage, it were, and the landlubbers were lying down below. But Cap'n Sparrow had good sea legs and were a sturdy shipmate.

Arrrrr.....

Having now recovered from my initial sense of humour failure I feel it's time to find a practical application for the pirate theme.  We are often asked for discount - always a thorny issue - so how's this for a new policy?  From now on the level of discount will depend on the quality of pirate costume worn by the customer.  Can't say fairer than that can we?  arrrrrr!
