When I was in BCA I had quite a bit of contact with the Spanish federation on how they did it - turns out the instructors/guides volunteer to do it for free. Fancy it?

How on earth I'm supposed to moderate a meme thread I have quite frankly no idea. Is this itself a meme? If it is it's absolutely inspired. If not then I'd take this opportunity to highlight that personal insults towards individuals isn't the kind of respectful discourse we're trying to promote on the forum.
