Hey all,

Just a heads up that Mike Bottomley and I (Steph) are running the 190 kilometer MRT Montane Spine Race next Sat the 14th of Jan, we will set off from Edale and run constantly through the day and night(s) over 2 national parks and end up in Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales - hopefully LOL

We are doing this in aid of two very worthy charities - the Cave Rescue Organisation, and Andys Man Club.

You will be able to follow our progress over the weekend via Open Tracking but in the meantime please consider a small donation here:

Do you know what your start time is? Is it 8am? What time do you think you’ll drop past crowden/ woodhead pass?

Amazing! Good luck Steph and Mike!
I will definitely distract myself from BCA renewals with some dot watching :-)

Good luck tomorrow Steph and co!
Hope the weather is kind to you (and therefore the forecast is wrong.....)
