Here we go then - Try this section of a well known cave in't Dales.....

Further clue then....

Its part of a system on Leck Fell which, in turn, forms part of the Three Counties. May have been used by support parties for the epic traverse a week or so back, but probably not since its a bit off the main route down.

I'm going for a guess at De Profundis (definitely not a main route down but quite nice), not sure what the last 6 letter word would be though.. brain fog/tired.

That'll do....

Anagram of "FORESIDE SPUN" ( which = E PROFUNDIS SE ) in a "miner's changing room" ( = D RIES )

so the missing final word is SERIES

Anyway  - your go....  :)

Ahh, I'd partly figured out the anagram bit but wondered where the other d came from (not familiar with that name for miners changing rooms).
Quite happy for someone to jump in if they wish, might take me a while to think of something and post it. (y)

Well, I actually Googled 'miner's changing room' and got a whole load of stuff, some quite wholesome, really ? pictures of kit hanging off drying racks, for example ? but nowhere did 'dries' come up as a synonim.

(y) In interferus's absence I'll fire in a quick one to get the ball rolling again.....

"Fish on tour initially."  ( 3,3 )

Let's assume we're looking for initials within 'Fish on Tour' -Fot. The only thing anywhere near that I can find, and in order to gain some traction, let's give Fylfot Fissure on Ilkely Moor a tentative go...

Car Pot it is! Well done Jason so over to you.

(Is it really 7 weeks since I wrote that clue? Doesn't time fly when you're avoiding Covid!)

That's the one Trogger  (y), over to you!

btw, I know it's really 'The Cupcake', but it would have spoilt the clue...
