Land registry is several months behind. I've been keeping my eye out for an update on a local plot, that was 'sold' in April (exchanged in June), but has only just appeared online in the last few days (coincidentally a couple of days after a planning application was lodged for 6 new houses on the plot).

royfellows said:Its only Lower or Blue Dines that definitely has no legitimate access without the landowners permission. Middle Dinas has an access directly off the right of way, the other side of the footbridge, and legal owner is the Marquis of Bute. Of course, 'Johnny Bute' also owns the lower but it would mean crossing the sild landowners side of the river. Bit complicated.
All the Pencaedrain mineral rights are Bute.
