Yep, its sticks to itself very well,  aswell as metal, or plastic. Preparing the surface is key if adhering to stuff, but to itself (uncured), a good press is all you'll really need.

Hmm, looks quite good stuff. I was going to suggest using Pre-Preg glass, but the storage (@-18c) and the need for an Autoclave to cure it means it'd be a bit of a non starter.
Out of interest, Can the curing be initiated/completed by using U/V lamps ?, as that would make any layup work much easier in a nice dry, warm shed.

UV lamps will work nicely. In fact, in some places with little sunlight at the time of year, using lamps is a necessity.
