Hidden earth - Club stands

Anyone know what's happening with the club stands? I am getting bit worried that there's something more I need to do or maybe I should send the e-mail to someone else? I sent the e-mail to clubstands@hidden.earth at-least 2 weeks ago, and other than an "automated" response I got about 1 week ago, I have not had a response.

Is there something else I need to do, or can someone confirm on here that a stand position for our club Out On Rock, is confirmed? I have never done a club stand before so I don't know the process or what to expect, but it's only a couple of weeks away now and I would have expected some-sort of confirmation or further questions?

Hi Alex. I'll get back to you a.s.a.p. but - if you have sent me the info that the web site asked for - then there is nothing else you need to do. I see that I have an email from you in in my inbox, so I assume that when I eventually get around to reading it, it will tell me what I need to know. Apologies for the lack of communication. Dont forget, Hidden Earth is run by volunteers and things can., of necessity, be a bit last-minute or not-happened-at-all.

Hi Alex, I guess that David Gibson, who manages this, has just been extremely busy (he does LOADS of stuff behind the scenes for Hidden Earth). I'd assume that the fact you have had an automated reply means your request has got through, and the various club/trader stands will be getting planned at some point over the coming week.

In summary, just turn up on Friday night, club/traders can usually set up as soon as the trade hall is 'ready', usually around 9pm (this varies massively as the tech team only get to start their setup early evening too). You should have a table (or more) waiting for you.

Okies, thanks David. I mainly posted this to make-sure I did not annoy my better half, as he would blame me for not checking, if we turned up and there was no space, as I am crap at organising things, so I don't know how you HE people do it!
